HELP CENTRE

Frequently asked questions

Football Khelam helps genuine local players and teams organise games without endless group chats.

Why do I need to sign in?

Signing in shows teams that a request comes from a real community account and helps reduce fake, repeated and anonymous requests. It also gives you private notifications when an organiser accepts or declines your request. Creating an account and using the live game service are free.

Is Football Khelam free?

Yes. Players can look for games and teams can recruit players for free. If optional paid services or sponsored features are introduced later, they will be clearly identified and will not silently change an existing free request.

Can I join any team?

You can ask to join any open game that fits your availability, position and location. The organiser makes the final decision because they know the game capacity and team requirements. Once accepted, your place is added and the remaining-spots number updates for everyone.

How do live updates work?

Games, remaining spots, requests, decisions and community activity update through a live connection. You normally do not need to refresh the page. If your mobile connection drops, the site reconnects automatically and reloads the latest information.

How will I know if my request is accepted?

You receive an immediate in-app notification. If you enabled email or text alerts and provided the required contact information, you may also receive those alerts. You can always check My activity in your dashboard.

How does the organiser know I want to play?

The organiser receives an in-app join-request notification and sees your request under My activity. If their optional email or text alerts are enabled, Football Khelam also sends the request using those channels.

Who can see my phone number?

Your profile phone number is private. A number is shared only when you explicitly enter it with a game request, and only organisers responsible for that game can see it. Other players and the public activity feed do not receive it.

What happens when the final spot is accepted?

The game becomes full automatically, its remaining-spots count becomes zero and it is removed from open-game recruitment. If an accepted player later leaves, the game reopens automatically with a new available spot.

What if I can no longer attend?

Leave the game from your dashboard as soon as possible. The organiser is notified and the available place reopens for another player. Repeated no-shows may be reported because reliability matters to the community.

Does an administrator organise the games?

No. Players and team organisers manage normal requests, decisions and attendance themselves. Administrators handle safety reports, serious misuse, fake listings and account moderation.

How do I report a problem?

Use the report option when signed in or contact us through the contact page. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for a platform response.
