Community Guidelines
Football is better when people can rely on one another. These standards apply to players, organisers and teams.
Be genuine
Create only real accounts, teams and games. Use accurate dates, venues, skill levels and player requirements. Do not send fake requests, impersonate another person or manipulate availability.
Commit responsibly
Request a place only when you genuinely intend to attend. Reply promptly and leave early if your plans change so another player has a chance to join. Organisers should decide requests fairly and cancel or update games as soon as circumstances change.
Respect everyone
Harassment, threats, bullying, discrimination, hateful content and sexual misconduct are not allowed. Welcome different backgrounds and ability levels, follow the advertised style of play and keep disagreement respectful.
Protect personal information
Use phone numbers only to coordinate the relevant game. Do not publish, sell, copy or share another member’s contact information. Never post passwords, financial information, private addresses or unnecessary identifying details.
Keep the platform useful
No spam, scams, misleading promotions, repeated listings or unrelated advertising. Commercial football-kit sellers and sponsors are not yet supported and must not use player or team requests for unsolicited sales.
Play safely
Meet at recognised venues, confirm the match details, follow venue rules and use suitable equipment. Play within your ability. Under-18 participants require appropriate parent or guardian involvement and supervision.
Report concerns
Report fake games, harassment, privacy misuse, dangerous conduct and repeated no-shows. Reports should be honest and include enough context for review. Misusing reports to target another member is also against these guidelines.
Enforcement
Football Khelam may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or permanently remove members when needed to protect the community. Serious or repeated behaviour may result in stronger action. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services.
