Information we collect

We collect account details, suburb, football preferences, availability, team and game activity, notification preferences, and optional phone numbers. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, match players with games, deliver requested alerts, prevent misuse, and improve reliability. Public player details are shown only when the player enables the public-profile setting.

Sharing

An optional phone number is shared with a team organiser only when the player explicitly agrees while requesting to join. We use service providers for hosting, databases, email and optional SMS delivery. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and control

You can change notification and public-profile settings or delete your account. Operational records may be retained where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Cookies

We use a necessary secure session cookie for login. We do not currently serve advertising cookies. If advertising is introduced, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before personalized advertising is enabled.
